Directions

1. Find a quiet place to rest for 5-15 minutes before taking your measurement.

2. Apply the cuff directly on your upper arm; it should be snug, but not too tight.

3. Rest your arm on a table or surface so the cuff is at heart level.

4. Sit in a chair with your back straight and your palm facing upward.

5. Place your feet flat on the floor; do not cross your legs.

Usage Notes

• Power Source: Unit operates on 4 AA batteries (included).

• EKG Functionality: To use the EKG feature, you must download the free OMRON Connect app to your smartphone.
